On July 25th 2026, Brandon Awai stepped onto the Summer Shredding stage in Houston after an extraordinary transformation from 450 pounds to competitive bodybuilding condition, earning 5th place in the Men’s Transformation 150+ division. But the journey is far from finished. Brandon is now building the next version of himself, with his sights set on returning to the stage for the Summer Shredding Championship in September 2027 - BIGGER, STRONGER, AND BETTER THAN EVER.

Aloha,
I’m Brandon Awai, an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, On-line Coach, and Transformation Specialist from Maui, Hawaii. After losing over 220 lbs, I can personally relate to the challenges that come with long-term weight loss and lifestyle change.
My journey taught me that real transformation isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about structure, discipline, and making the right decision consistently. That belief is the foundation of “Awai’s Decision”.
I have created a lifestyle that brings training guidance, nutritional education, habit-building tools, and accountability all to one place.
My mission is to help others reclaim their lives the same way I reclaimed mine. Today, I dedicate my life to coaching people remotely, who are ready to break through their limits; spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In September of 2027, I will compete in the Summer Shredding Transformation Championship. Follow the journey that will have us all inspired, and in support of one another while getting in great shape, and living our best lives!
